Summer 2024 取向—Registration!
We look forward to welcoming our incoming Class of 2028, and transfer students starting with us in the fall for 取向 this summer! Please register for one of the five options below:
If you can't make one of our required 取向 dates in June, we have two alternative dates:

*Students registered for Session #4 move-in on Thursday, August 22 - 会话# 5: 8月24日 注册
*Students registered for Session #5 move-in on Friday, August 23

Be Prepared for Your First Semester at UHart

红色的帽子 are student orientation leaders who are eager to help new students and their parents learn about student life and our community at the 立博体育官网. The 红色的帽子 are friendly, helpful, inclusive, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. They promote the University and the opportunities it has to offer. 通过个人对话, 集体活动, 学术顾问, 还有各种各样的节目, 红色的帽子 help incoming students and their parents become familiar and comfortable with the University.

是的, if you are a student attending a June orientation session. Your room assignment for orientation will be given to you at check-in. 家长不会留在校园里. 看看 当地的旅馆和汽车旅馆.
For the August orientation session, if you are scheduled to live on campus, you will be moving into your permanent room assignment when you arrive in August. You should bring with you all of the things you will need for the fall semester.
There are no on-campus accommodations available for commuter students during the August session.
Linens, pillow, toiletries, alarm clock, casual clothes, and comfortable walking shoes. Also bring a pen and pencil, and most importantly, your energy and enthusiasm! 别忘了你的牙刷!
Commuter students attending Sessions 1–3 in June will also be staying overnight on campus. Please plan accordingly so that you enjoy the full 取向 experience. Activities in the evening afford our commuter students the opportunity to socialize with their peers as well as our Red Cap upperclassmen.
There are no on-campus overnight accommodations available for commuter students during the August 取向, 疗程4 - 5.
是的, there is a day-and-a-half program in June and a one day program in August for parents of first-year students that is separate from the student program. It is designed to acquaint parents with the services and staff of the University.
